Shipping Information:

Orders ship within 48 hours.  For orders greater than $50.00, PolySafe® offers FREE Shipping via Ground UPS to Business addresses. Truck deliveries are made at curbside. Customer is responsible to unload the product. If lift-gate service is required, notify PolySafe at time of order, and a liftgate fee will be charged. If you are a residential customer additional fees may apply but you will only be charged actual costs of delivery.  Effective August 1, 2009 on orders less than $50.00, PolySafe® will add a shipping & handling charge of only $9.00. This charge is subject to change based on current shipping costs and will be updated on this site accordingly.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

PolySafe® will accept returns and offer refunds subject to our Warranty policy. Orders may be cancelled only prior to shipping and are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the order excluding and shipping or handling charges. To cancel an order, send email to Sales@PolySafeProducts.com.

Warranty:

PolySafe® will replace PolySafe® products found to be defective in material or workmanship. To be eligible for replacement under this warranty, buyer must issue written notice to PolySafe® within thirty (30) days of purchase.This warranty does not extend to product abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, nor to products repaired or altered by any other than PolySafe®. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

Limitation of Liability:

PolySafe®'s liability for its products does not exceed the purchase price paid for its products. PolySafe® is not liable under any circumstances for any special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Handling and Disposal:

Liquids absorbed by PolySafe® products remain in their original states and are not rendered less hazardous, less toxic, or less flammable by absorption. When handling, storing, disposing of or cleaning PolySafe® products after use, use caution that is appropriate for the original liquids absorbed. For more information regarding proper handling, consult the Material Safety Data Sheet for each liquid absorbed. Please note that all, PolySafe® products must be transported and disposed of in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. PolySafe® cannot recommend specific handling and disposal procedures due to variances in regulations, applications, and liquids used

Management:

PolySafe® Products was founded by Mel Bernett. He has an extensive knowledge of the absorbents industry, its products, and their consumers, having spent over 20 years in the sorbents business. He has also served as president of the Sorptive Minerals Institute. In 1995, Mel expanded his mineral absorbents business to include the distribution of polypropylene sorbents, recognizing this new product family as the future of the absorbents industry. He established PolySafe® Products to market a variety of industrial products on a wholesale basis. He now works full-time directing and managing this growing company. PolySafe® Products has more than doubled its business since its inception and now selling over 60 products to over 100 distributors in 15 states.
